The position will mostly be hospital based. The newly hired PA will focus on first assisting with cases including total joints, shoulders, hands, fractures and spine. Responsibilities include: first assisting, H&P’s, injections, fracture management and hospital rounds. Minimal call if any. If desired, the newly hired PA can also support the clinic. Successful candidate should be NCCPA-Certified, highly motivated and hard working. Previous orthopaedic/surgical experience is required; however, the group may consider a recent graduate with an orthopaedic rotation, that is from the region and has a passion for orthopaedics.
