Responsible for the enterprise total quality assurance programs, policies, and initiatives. Identify, analyze and develop improvements in productivity, quality, client relationships, and customer service. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Builds relationship with key business partners to identify and resolve business issues. Performing and leading the integration, system, and regression testing of software with both manual and automated test execution. Provide leadership in defining and executing an automation strategy across the enterprise for test execution. Developing quality artifacts (Test Strategy, Test Plans etc). Ensure test data management best practices for full testing across integrated enterprise systems. Develop environment controls to manage and test projects and initiatives across Dev, Test, Stage. Conduct lessons learned throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Work collaboratively with all IT teams to understand project objectives, gather testing and automation requirements, design tests (manual or automated), troubleshoot issues, and implement test solutions. Plan test schedules in accordance with release and project schedules. Manage a team of testers, both onsite at client location and offshore, including daily stand up and transition meetings. Train and mentor all resources on processes and technology for Quality Assurance and Testing. Track and analyze testing metrics to identify areas of improvement in the SDLC and make recommendations. Manages the software testing and support activities to meet business needs in a timely and cost effective manner while ensuring the right things get done as per the governance process. Manages and tracks the progress of multiple projects. Performs project management and administration that include work plans, resource planning and control, writing status reports, and preparing annual budgets. Communicates status of activities with teams, peers, management, and business partners. Selects, develops, and motivates assigned staff. Manage and lead a team of IT AutoZoners that includes assigning/monitoring work, providing feedback, coaching, counseling, and salary administration.

5 years of IT experience, including:

• Managing IT team, including hiring, assigning/monitoring work, providing feedback, coaching, counseling, and salary administration.

• Providing testing strategies by utilizing test tools like Hewlett-Packard (HP) Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)/Quality Center (QC), Unified Functional Test, Service Virtualization and LoadRunner/Performance Center with Continuous Integration

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
