1. Meet potential Dealers and Franchise partners for growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network in Uttar Pradesh.

2. Be the brand ambassador and plan marketing approaches, events and schemes with Franchise partners in Uttar Pradesh region.

3. Build mutually beneficial alliances to increase our dealer’s network in Uttar Pradesh region.

4. Identify marketing and product opportunities with other brands/service providers to drive customer traffic and awareness for Friscone group in Uttar Pradesh.

5. Enhance existing business relationships and constantly engage them, creating new avenues of expansion.


Education level: Minimum Graduation


o For Sr. Development Manager : 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience

o For Business Development Manager : 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience

Ethics and integrity of the highest degree

Specific skills: Self-starter, excellent negotiation skills, handling stress, competitive

Strong communication skills (via phone, email or in-person)

Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work

Speaks English and Hindi fluently

good knowledge about the Gorakhpur retail market (will be given preference)

Able to travel- Will attend trade shows, conduct market visits with prospects as necessary

Must be driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit
