Physical Therapist

Perform evaluations, developing individual treatment plans, coordinating care with your support staff.

Complete daily patient care notes, progress notes, discharge notes and other required forms as requested by treating physicians.

Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistant in implementing plan of care.

Maintain productivity standards, utilize modalities and exercise equipment appropriately, provide instruction which may include demonstration, written and verbal communication.

Provide timely reporting and documentation.

Participates in departmental development including changing linen, and general tasks necessary for clinic operation.

Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Georgia.
