Our client company is seeking an experienced engineer to coordinate and manage all aspects of projects from concept, quoting, product development, unit tooling to commercialization

You must be willing to:

• Be responsible for development/execution/maintenance of a current project plan

• Make decisions regarding the project within the overall envelope of approved time/cost/scope

• Enforce/influence behaviors or actions of the project team that are necessary to attain the required results

• Provide direct technical interface with customers- develop/communicate time/cost/deliverable project components

• Be Responsible for reporting deviations on time/cost/deliverable project components.

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

• Bachelor's degree

• 5 years’ experience with injection and/or compression molding

• Closure experience in carbonated soft drink and/or hot fill preferred

• Project Management experience

• Strong organizational/multi-tasking skills

• Knowledge of statistical methods/programs

• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills

• Must be assertive/creative
