Job Title : Senior Compensation Analyst

Duration : 03 Months (Possibility of extension)
The Senior Compensation Analyst will provide analytical support and project leadership to the design and administration of compensation programs, the development and implementation of tools and materials, and ensuring our programs are aligned with the organization’s pay for performance philosophy. Plans for this role include oversight and leadership of Compensation and HRIS. Will upgrade role for the right candidate with experience.
Responsible for the analysis, administration and implementation of all annual programs to include the annual merit process, broad-based compensation, as well as short and long-term cash incentive plans. Work with HRIS, payroll and IT to support the annual processes and payouts. Prepares complex/detailed analyses to assess the effectiveness of reward programs.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
o Serves as internal consultant to HR Business Partners and department managers related to job classifications, pay ranges, current compensation policies and procedures.
o Assists in the design, implementation and administration of annual salary review, promotions, annual bonus plan, short & long-term incentives and recognition
o Assist in the communication materials around general comp guidelines, as required
o Assist with analyzing and developing presentation materials in communicating annual competitive analysis and reporting of pay practices and trends to be reported to senior management.
o Ability to influence leadership level positions and also use flexibility to determine how to best meet business needs within business or compliance constraints
o Maintain job description library
o Perform market pricing of benchmark jobs and assist with survey submissions to help identify emerging trends
o Conduct FLSA review of new positions and/or those requiring review
o Ability to be a good team player (internally & externally to HR), proactive partner with business leaders
o Ability to interact at all levels within the organization
o 5+ years solid compensation experience
o Proven experience in the design, implementation and use of compensation tools and technology
o Strong knowledge of compensation terminology and practices
o Excellent skills in problem solving and ability
o Leadership, influencing and strong communication skills
o Self-driven and strategic in thought processes to draft recommendations and conclusions after analyzing data
o Excellent skills in data entry and report generation in HRIS
o Must have the ability to understand interdependencies of compensation and reward programs
o Working knowledge of HR principles and best practices
o Must have expert Microsoft Excel skills
o Solid knowledge of job evaluation procedures and FLSA
o Strong written and oral communication skills
o Technology proficient to support implementation and ongoing involvement in new platforms
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
o CCP certification desirable
