- Candidate must have an General HR Background.

- Must have experience in the development and implementation of HR programs particularly Performance Management System.

- Preferably HR experience gained from a Legal Industry/ Law Firm.

- Must be willing to travel to work in Makati City.


-Reports directly to the partners

- Overall in-charge of Human Resources Department covering both the Administrative and Operational aspects

- Managing HR in the following aspects:

- Staff Benefits and Employee Services

- Staff Performance, Career and Compensation Management - Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews,

- Staff Relations Management - legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.

- Develops strong relationship and coordination with the Partners and Department Heads, Team Leads and all other staff

- Responsible in the overall budget of human resources operations.

- Develops and administers human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel/staff

- Plans, organizes, and controls the activities and actions of the HR & Admin department

- Contributes to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems

- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
