Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a very important client.

- This person is the first point of contact by phone and email when our clients call in for their service request

- Their job is to enter the call in our ERP system, work with technicians in the field to coordinate who goes on the call

- There is some warehouse work involved with at least coordinating people in the warehouse on what to set up, some inventory, some shipping of UPS daily

Requirement:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- It is imperative the candidate have clear and understandable communication skills, both verbally and via email as all contact is made this way with the clients.

- There is a lot of interaction with other employees on an ongoing basis during the day so the ability to work and get along with others is critical.

- Ability to grasp an ERP software system is key as all work is done here.

- Ability to work in excel-outlook, prepare excel spreadsheets is very helpful, more importantly as it tells us you understand the computer for day to day communication.
