Identify, understand and define customer needs, objectives and business requirements

Provide technical leadership in the Requirements Discovery, Solution Development, and Solution Proposal stages of the opportunity sales cycle

Articulate the features and benefits of the solutions and products.

Perform product demonstrations and presentations in support of company road show’s and events.

Manage, monitor, and/or perform solution evaluations and Proofs-of-Concept in support of sales opportunities either directly or through channel partners.

Develop presentation technical materials for sales presentations, proposals and tender purposes

Provide reporting and feedback on customer accounts and field activities to Sales, Product Management, and Engineering.

Provide channel partner enablement for selected channel partners in defined territory to include: regular product and solution updates, customized workshops, and any other required tasks to enable partner to perform independent pre-sales support for small-to-medium size


Bachelor’s Degree with min5 years’ experience as a customer facing technical role

Experience in l IT networking distributor or vendor is a plus

Proven customer facing skills and be technically strong enough to establish credibility with technical leaders.

Experienced in at least one of products- Cyber Security/ ICT Solutions/ Virtualization/ Data Center/ IP Network/ Network Infrastructure

Excellent communication and presentation skills to technical & non-technical audience

Ability to communicate professionally with partners, customers, and internal cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.

Has knowledge in antlabs,ransnet,nomadix,solutionip.

CCNA / CCNP / CISSP/ MCSE would be an advantage
