Customer Service Representative

Are you outgoing, friendly, reliable, and looking for a new job opportunity to showcase your customer service skills? A local Manchester oil and heating company is looking for a new member of their customer service team! This role is for the busy winter season and could be long-term for the right candidate. This company is family-owned and has been serving the greater-Manchester area for over 50 years.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Handle inbound service calls in a friendly manner.

Assist any walk-in customers as needed

Process payments

Utilize the computer to establish new accounts, answer customer questions, and schedule oil deliveries.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

At least 1 year of experience with phone-based customer service

Experience with face-to-face customer service interactions a plus!

Candidate should be proficient on a computer and with Microsoft Office applications.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate with a first-shift schedule, Monday-Friday, with some flexibility to be able to work half-days occasionally on Saturdays.
