Our Lakeland, Florida based client is looking for motivated, energetic candidates for Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.

This position is responsible for assisting Level 1 personnel in solving basic technical problems and for investigating elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem and seeking known solutions related to these more complex issues.

The successful candidate will have:

. Basic knowledge of networking (what is an IP address, what is a VPN and an APN; what is a port; difference between Static and Dynamic IP; 3G, 4G and CDMA connectivity; TCP and UDP protocol; what is a hub, a switch and a router).

Basic electronics knowledge (understand electronics diagrams; welding, voltage, amperage, electric resistance, relay, open circuit, short circuit, etc).

Must be able to work independently and be proactive.

Interpreting binary, decimal, and hexadecimal codes.

Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

ü Assisting customers on the installation and troubleshooting of all company products and accessories.

Review all error reports and any inconsistencies with any of our products and/or services.

ü Resolve issues and cases escalated by Level 1.

ü Resolve and troubleshoot issues with our web platform Troubleshoot non-reporting units after Level 1 exhausts their own steps.

ü Assist customers with our Mobile Applications (IOS and Android) and Telematic products.
