Job Summary:

A Full Stack C++ Software Developer works as a main contributor in the development team, which is responsible for designing and implementing new product features adhering to company’s best practices and coding standards. He or she must submit to regular evaluation, and report progress on various tasks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct system tests and correct software defects with escalation level of five and below.

Improve existing product features in terms of speed, performance and usability.

Create product documentation and develop prototypes for new software technologies.

Assist in the development of new product features, with escalation level of four and below, from documented requirements and specifications.

Deliver outputs within the given deadline.

Work with team leads to determine product feature requirements.

Draft non-technical documentation of new product and features.

Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years experience as C++ software developer, or related job function

Proven track record in software integration, and in developing and implementing test plans

Experience in working with IDEs, such as Visula Studio or NetBeans

Experience in scripting language, such as Lua, Perl, and Python

Experience in GIT version control system or equivalent

Experience in software development for Linux and Windows OS

Excellent learning curve to easily determine new evolving technologies

Independent, reliable, and highly motivated to work within a team

Preferred Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in leading a team

Mentoring skills

Good technical writing skills and experience in writing technical documents

Good interpersonal skills
