Proper followup with the customers on time..

3) Taking up maximum open leads and followup (Min 180).

4) The RM has to generate their own leads by add posting if there ARM are busy.

5) Immediate intimation of escalation leads to Team Leader or Management whoever is free

to take the call.

6) Proper explanation of all the projects as per customer requirements by resolving general

queries to the extent that the customer should get clear in his/her mind as to which

project he/she wants to take either or your own or with the help of team leader and


7) Need to create a FAQ if a new query comes in from the customer whose answer is not

known to you,need to discuss with seniors and jot it down on the same day.

8) Giving guidance to your ARM on the quality of leads and suggestions if available as to

how to improve them.

9) Taking initial meeting of customer when a meeting is scheduled and then if required and

customer has more queries then to forward the meeting to management.Meeting with

management has to be on the basis of prior intimation and the customer has to be clear

with the project basics.
