The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer is responsible for transforming direction and input from an RPA Solution Architect into solutions. This includes analyzing, documenting, implementing, testing, and maintaining the solutions. Analyzing includes understanding the business logic and re-engineering the process during implementation. Testing includes writing and executing test scripts, while keeping test logs. Maintaining the solutions includes checklists for production and implementing changes to coincide with systems of record. Also provides change management support for stakeholders.

Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job, especially with regard to activities impacting patient or employee safety or security.

Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a customer service focus and application of positive language principles.

Ability to organize workload for effective implementation of multiple concurrent projects.

Motivated self-starter with initiative.

Intermediate level SQL skills with some reverse engineering preferred.

Experience with software modeling tools like MS Visio preferred.

Ability to think analytically with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand business logic and processes.

Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Submission Summary)

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.

2. 5 years experience developing Java applications

3. 5 years experience developing N-Tier applications

4. 6 months implementing WorkFusion automation solutions

5. 5 years experience with database systems such as SQL Server and Oracle

6. Healthcare industry experience preferred

7. Experience in projects that use Agile methodologies
