Contract : 3 + months

Pay: $13/hr

Need 3 to 4 Digitization Assistants.

Temporary office positions to assist with the digital scanning of sensitive documents, categorizing/indexing, uploading to a secure cloud server, and then verifying in the online document library.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing printed documents (may be double-sided, stapled, folded, etc.) for scanning.

Scanning documents via OCR scanner.

Checking scan outputs for any errors.

Categorizing documents per supplied standard keywords.

Saving and storing scanned documents on shared drive.

Uploading PDFs (and metadata) to online document library.

Tracking progress.

Suggesting process improvements.

Overall quality control.

Completing projects in a timely manner.


Basic proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Word/Excel), Adobe PDF.

Ability to learn how to use OCR scanning software and other relevant apps.

Ability to learn, conduct and document required process validation checks.

Very detail-oriented. A must!

Ability to follow instructions and directions well.

Ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.

Familiar with business office procedures and expectations.

Comfortable working at a computer for long periods of time.

Comfortable lifting at least 10 pounds of documents and files (if needed).

Meet USA work eligibility requirements and pass background check.
