Sr. Quantity Surveyor

1.) Monitor quantity order by site engineers. (if it is in BOM, or already excess, or it is due to variation order, or mistake in estimate or what reason)

2.) Control/check/validate purchase order if it is under our contract or owner supply or subcon supply (Sometimes our engineers are requesting some items even it is by owner or subcon)

3.) Check cost and qty if it is in accordance to specifications or plan or contract.

4.) Validate Engineer's Order and P.O. before start of work (no work will proceed w/o validation)

5.) Check and monitor excess materials delivered on site due to revisions (sometimes we already delivered materials, but we place another order due to revisions, so we need to check where they used the original delivered materials since its already replaced by the revised one).

The qualifications are:

1.) BSCE graduate

2.) With experience in quantity take-off

3.) Familiar on Bill of quantities and Bill of Materials

4.) 3 to 5 years experience in Estimating or QS work.

5.) Familiar on construction materials
