Data Engineer

SRK Systems Inc. has an opening for the position of Data Engineer.

The candidate must have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects..

Job Responsibilities includes the following:

Work on huge data Ingestions, data manipulation and transformations.

Re-engineering the design for data transformations.

Work on hive queries and scripts using spark

Troubleshoot the queries

Change large sql queries to hive script

Debug the code and finding the issues.

Design and implementing script for ingestions and egress

Perform data operations on various file formats and ingesting into our datalake

Design the depersonalization for the sensitive data

Use Sqoop for various data ingestions and data egress

Perform sql operations on large queries

Required travel to client locations throughout the USA.
