Inside of our digital marketing agency, Idealogic Group, this role works with our LinkedIn Marketing offering team to develop and implement our LinkedIn Marketing Strategy.

Our LinkedIn Marketing Strategy will be led by our Project Manager and requires experience in understanding how the LinkedIn algorithm works, how content distribution works on LinkedIn and understanding how Sales Navigator works as a whole.

Project Manager is responsible for managing all day to day activities, including but not limited to:

Become front facing and customer-centric with the clients.

Facilitate onboarding calls while managing expectations with clients.

Use Asana + Google Drive to give direction to Copy Writers, Graphic Designers, Email Marketers, Search Setter, and Data Analyst.

Oversee, review and give Copy Writers, Graphic Designers, Email Marketers, Search Setter, and Data Analyst feedback on their work.

Prepare and send Weekly Reports to clients.

Curate and manage content to be used across multiple platforms.

Facilitate review video calls on copy/content with the clients.

Coordinate engaging content marketing emails to convert to appointments.

Maintain an organized all client work-flows

Ability to meet deadlines and high standards of operating.

Proven success in delivering lead conversions and audience growth.

Implement a LinkedIn strategy while managing and monitor other clients with LinkedIn campaigns.

Help build online connections and facilitate relationships through an effective online presence.

Must be customer-centric and embody servant leadership values.

Able to work across teams and gather and process/analyze/evaluate input from various groups.

Understand SEO, keywords, social signals, engagement, and paid advertising.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Desired Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in social media, marketing, communications or related area.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid understanding of the principles of branding and brand marketing

Superior and versatile writing ability across a variety of content styles with attention to audience and brand voice.

Expert ability to synthesize information and write clearly and concisely, while conveying complex subject matter to various audience groups and demographics.

Ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization in order to gain the cooperation of others.

Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Excellent individual performer and a team player.

Must possess creativity and bring a fresh perspective.

Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and ask questions

Not Required but a PLUS:

Knowledge in Staffing and Recruiting

Experience with graphic design and tools (such as Photoshop)
