Headhunters, LLC's client is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing (Automation).

-Responsible for the implementation of all marketing activities within various product lines according to a defined marketing plan and in line with marketing strategy and policies. Responsible for marketing automated marketing plan and in line with marketing strategy and policies. Responsible for marketing automated solutions into all NA customer segments, including those products used for nucleic acid purification, liquid handling and detection platforms.

- Develop, implement, measure and provide marketing insight and direction in defined subject matter to optimize marketing strategies.

- Support achievement of regional goals relating to business unit plan and portfolio financial targets; monitor and report revenues and results; analyzes data and makes strategic recommendations.

- Lead regional business in order to develop and implement annual marketing plan in cooperation with global stakeholders and strategic direction of the Company.

- Manage launches within the plan - including training, support and development of sales tools.

- Champion the consolidate needs of the region; escalate needs into global business teams and provide assessment of potential markets.

- Manage regional instrument or consumable inventories with manufacturing in relation to regional goals.

- Manage and report regional & local marketing costs. All activities must be stored, monitored, measured, reported and reviewed to ensure active follow up, accountability, ROI and part of an interactive process.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers/ networks/ opinion leaders. Stay current with subject area market trends and competitive activities.

- Manages market research needs for specific product or business areas within the organization.

- Effective project management of assigned projects or campaigns within various customer class and/or product portfolio.

- Communicates clear tactical overview of marketing activities to defined internal and external customers; communicate, inspire, motivate and inform colleagues in marketing, sales, service and customer satisfaction teams - ensuring clear direction.

- Be an active member of the Regional Marketing Team.

Position Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years of sales and/or marketing experience.

- Proven experience in end-point and real-time PCR workflows including related capillary electrophoresis, qPCR and digital PCR instrumentation/technology; as well as related content assays and molecular biology techniques.

- Deep understanding of the North American PCR and content assay market.

- Successful product launch and/or product support history.

- Minimum level of education: BS in natural sciences; MS or PhD preferred.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Travel up to 30% required.

- Fluency in the English language.
