Experienced Supervisory Optician in Southern, GA

Southern, GA: Supervisory optician needed. Full time schedule available with no weekend hours. Split time in lab and sales. Travel between nearby locations. Looking for someone with managerial skills to handle the optical, coach assistants, direct issues to closure. Meet owner’s expectations for sales, merchandising, customer service, and store operations. Perform all optician tasks with the highest level of skill, self-initiative, and kindness. Monitor all areas of the store to ensure they meet expectations. Work accurately and thoroughly. Promptly resolve any customer complaints. Maintain extensive product knowledge. Accurately participate in sales transactions, in-house manufacturing process, or remote ordering, dispensing, and returns, including all business processes. Work with assistants and the entire staff as a team to achieve all objectives. Deliver excellent customer service through personalized selling, expert error-free finishing, and dispensing outstanding eyewear.

Additional information: 3 locations including Moultrie, Thomasville, and Valdosta. Need someone who can sell, manage, and inventory control
