Our client, a successful and growing healthcare industry leader is looking for a Senior Agile Coach to join their Information Technology Team located in the Northwest side of Chicago. This is a great opportunity to join an organization that is expanding their Agile focus in the IT Department. The selected candidate will play an instrumental role in helping an organization to realize the impact of how a truly well-defined Agile environment can change the efficiency and effectiveness of a large IT function. You will play a part in the development of the COE ( Center of Excellence ) and will be responsible for coaching Agile Teams on the use of Agile methodologies, processes and tools. Requirements:

* 5 +years implementing Agile methodologies including coaching experience in a large IT department.

* Advanced Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Professional ( CSP ), or CTC ( Certified Team Coach ) or similar.

* Strong Project Management ( PM ) skills combined with the ability to run several large initiatives simultaneously, and experience leveraging PM tools such as Visio.

* Experience running enterprise-wide Agile implementations combined with working with small teams to more effectively run day-to-day Agile processes.

* Strong communication and organizational skills with experience developing relationships and influencing different level of management and functions within an organization.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

* Healthcare Industry experience including in such areas as Payor, Provider, or other healthcare functions is a strong plus.
