Responsible for Global EQMS Phase II organizational change management and communication efforts including change network member engagement, written communications, Global EQMS Central SharePoint updates, stakeholder impact analysis, and business readiness. This role will also support the documentation and learning workstreams, by securing documents and assets from the Business, keeping them organized and reporting on progress.

Key activities include:

Gathering relevant information from stakeholders and developing organizational change management communications (Documents, Key Messages, PPTs, Posters and/or other graphics materials) to help the business prepare for upcoming Global EQMS process and technology changes

Executing stakeholder impact analysis and other organizational change management plan and strategy

Collaborating with global and local communication organizations to drive delivery of Global EQMS change management and communication materials

Organizing, scheduling, contributing to the development of meeting materials and actively participating in Change Network Meetings

Contributing to the organizational change management and communication strategy and planning

Maintaining and updating content for the Global EQMS Central SharePoint site

Maintaining and updating Distribution lists

Conducting business readiness surveys, evaluating results and recommending and executing action items to close the gap

Reporting on progress and next steps


Extensive experience developing and driving change management programs and/or change communications for global pharma companies with complex technology implementations

Extensive understanding of the organizational change management process and challenges involved with global implementations

Highly developed communication skills with expertise in producing global communications

Experience engaging global and cross functional stakeholders

Experience analyzing and driving business readiness

Experience creating and managing communications against a complex, change management plan with staggered timelines and prioritizing work to meet deliverables

Strong relationship management skills

Strong PPT (graphical) presentation skills

Strong reporting skills which clearly state the status of deliverables and next steps

Excellent use of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Understanding of controlled documents and document life cycles

A Bachelor’s degree
