Description:

Preparation for menu items &/or general daily use terms, such as slicing cheese, blanching bacon, chopping/slicing/cleaning vegetables, potatoes, etc.

Assist in the cooking of items as order come in at the direction of the Head Chef within cook's capabilities.

Assist in plating of dishes as required & at the direction of the Head Chef.

Delivery of orders to the tap room &/or dining hall.

Work with the Head Chef to maintain a clean kitchen, prep & storage area.
