Administration of their current CRM software application Some key skills would include analysis, coordination, developing business process work flows, implementation and control of business processes, testing, training, and delegation. This candidate must also have extensive working knowledge of spreadsheets, working knowledge of SQL and word processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee accounting software system to ensure all deposits have been processed.

Maintain & balance transactions and immediately correct any discrepencies.

Ensure the software is working properly includes testing software upgrades before rolling out to production.

Develop, implement, and maintain business processes by working with departments to come up with better solutions.

Analyze and resolve problems.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:

basic accounting principles; database software and practical/technical knowledge of database operations including SQL.
