An Agents Role:

Our agents are responsible for qualifying customers by using a trusted and effective workflow. The questions and responses to them, will determine which program is best suited for the customer. Agents should be able to rebuttal any objections by the customer. We will provide the tools to succeed by training and coaching, continually. Positive and understanding agents are essential as tough situations can arise from time to time. Having and talking about debt can be difficult for some people, so a great attitude can help change someone’s circumstance for the better.

Qualifications:

Quiet home office space free from noise and distractions

20+ a week availability (1099 contractor)

U.S. Citizen (no work visas)

Reliable/Dependable

Located in the U.S.

Lead generation or marketing skills a plus but we are happy to train the right person

Tech Requirements:

PC or MAC

USB corded headset

USB corded mouse

Wired High Speed Internet (no wireless or hotspots)

Compensation:

$8.00/hr base PLUS daily bonus and commission opportunities
