Qualification:

A BE/BTech Graduate in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or other relevant stream from any AICTE approved institution in India. He / She should have atleast 65% or a CGPA of 6.5.

Max Age Limit: 26 years as on 30th Oct 2017

Salary Package/Emoluments: Shortlisted Candidates will be provided a monthly Salary of Rs 32000/- for the first year. They will also be covered under the Mediclaim policy of the organization which provides for a hospitalization cover of Rs 2.5 lacs per annum and an OPD coverage of Rs 6000/- per annum.

Job Description

For Mechanical

Blower and Pump House Operations and Maintenance

Supply of cold blast to C,D,F,G, H& I Blast Furnaces, Compressed & Instrument air to EMC,HSM,LD#2 & LD#3 TSCR dept.Supply of Service water to consuming departments. Soft water & chemically treated water for cooling members of Blast Furnace.Ensure safety, Health Of working persons with safe environment & safe condition in the plant. Ensure reliability & 100% availability of Compressors, Dryers, and Pumps & Blowers with their auxiliaries.Ensure training & development of people.Facilitating SGA / TPM Circles to ensure people involvement in improvement activities like SIP / DMAIC / DMADIC/SUGGESTION/RCFA/KAIZEN etc.Fulfil requirement of KEY CUSTOMERS like HSM, LD#2, LD#3 TSCR, EMC, Blast furnaces.Analyse, review & reduce cost of operation & maintenance of dept.Ensure Continuous improvement of sections.Ensure documentation and maintaining records for upkeep and various audits.Ensure Supply chain activities.

For Electrical & Electronics

1. Ensuring Machine Availability for production as per ABP Planning

2.Reduction in delay on account of spares & consumables

3.Maintenance expenditure within budget

4.Implement Maintenance system and standards, set of procedures for all activities related to maintenance, like TBM, CBM, and Kaizen etc

5.Daily Analysis of delays and take necessary actions to upkeep performance of all KPI of the section.

6.Compliance to safety norms

7.Improvement of skill and knowledge of people

8.Preventive & Breakdown maintenance

9.Ensure that necessary actions to be taken based on Analysis from outcome of CAPA’s or through investigation agencies
