The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is a part-time position and is responsible for prospecting and generating new sales leads to support the HVAC sales team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify new business prospects. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!

Accountabilities

Initiate communication with Lowes' customers and discuss HVAC needs and gather contact information to be shared with the sales team.

Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

Competencies

The candidate must present a neat appearance and have an outgoing personality.

The position will require excellent verbal communication skills, and will need to be comfortable talking with strangers rather quickly.

Must be able to work independently.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Submission Summary)

1. HS Diploma and some sales experience is preferred

2. 1-2 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.

3. Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.

4. A proven track record of strong client relationships.

5. Excellent client service skills.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
