Our Charlotte client is looking for a creative professional to join their team. This individual will possess the following criteria:


A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is desirable, and 2-4 years of related experience.

Excellent skills in communication (both written and verbal), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel are required.

Graphic design skills and the ability to use InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator are desired.

Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and flexible.

Responsible and reliable individual able to execute with minimal direction.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect information and documents by using good judgment and a high level of integrity.

Ability to work as part of a team using excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people, both inside and outside the company.

Typical Duties:

Write and promote content regarding products and services through newsletters, bulletins, announcements, testimonials, on a quarterly, monthly and/or weekly basis.

Manage company’s websites and social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc).

Create tutorials, webinars, brochures, flyers, training manuals, sale sheets.

Responsible for the planning, ordering, and inventory of promotional material.

Maintains an updated marketing calendar of publications, tradeshows, and other upcoming events.

Register for tradeshows and events.

Other duties as assigned.
