**Job Title:** Purchasing Associate **Location:** 2900 Easton Square Place, Columbus, OH 43219 **Duration:** 12 Months **Work Arrangement:** 100% Onsite **Pay Range:** $23 - $26 per hour (W2) We are seeking a **"Purchasing Associate"** to join one of our leading healthcare clients.

**Job Summary** The Purchasing Associate supports procurement operations for dairy ingredients to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing site operations.

This role is responsible for coordinating procurement activities, resolving invoice discrepancies, managing supplier data, maintaining contract pricing, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure efficient purchasing processes.

**Key Responsibilities** + Support day-to-day procurement operations.

+ Resolve invoice discrepancies.

+ Manage supplier data and supplier onboarding.

+ Maintain contract pricing and procurement records.

+ Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and suppliers to support business operations.

+ Proactive and detail-oriented.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Experience** + 1-5 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
