Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and production machinery.
Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime.
Read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Assist with equipment installations and upgrades as needed.
Qualifications
1–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and on a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following:
PLC troubleshooting
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Three-phase electrical systems
Welding or fabrication
Conveyor systems
Robotics or automation
Food manufacturing
Aerospace manufacturing
Automotive manufacturing
Packaging equipment

CMMS systems
