Responsibilities
Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Select appropriate tooling and machining strategies.
Support setup personnel during first article production.
Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
Improve cycle times while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure all work meets customer specifications and tolerances.
Follow company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
1–3 years of CNC programming experience.
Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
Familiarity with machining centers and CNC equipment.
Experience with Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, or similar CAM software is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or technical certification in Machining Technology or Manufacturing.
Experience with Haas, Mazak, Fanuc, Okuma, or similar CNC controls.
Understanding of GD&T and precision measuring equipment.
