Job Description

Responsabilidades Principales:

Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias del área de entregas del Centro de Distribución.

Planificar y asignar rutas de entrega para choferes y contratistas independientes.

Coordinar las entregas con gerentes de sucursales y el departamento de servicio para garantizar el cumplimiento de los itinerarios.

Supervisar al personal de entregas, incluyendo choferes y ayudantes, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas y estándares de seguridad.

Verificar el correcto manejo y acomodo de mercancía en camiones y áreas de despacho.

Realizar inspecciones de camiones, equipos y herramientas para garantizar su óptimo funcionamiento.

Preparar y analizar reportes de entregas, productividad y desempeño, implementando mejoras continuas.

Desarrollar procedimientos, ofrecer adiestramientos y promover un ambiente de trabajo seguro y organizado.

Gestionar el desempeño del equipo mediante evaluaciones, capacitación, disciplina y resolución de situaciones laborales
