Come join us at St. Patrick's Manor! A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, 303 bed, Short and Long-term care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents. Located on lush, manicured lawns and gardens in Framingham, MA, we are just minutes from Route 9 for easy access to the Mass Pike.

We are seeking candidates for position of: Cook - Part-Time on Weekends.

$18 to $20 per hour based on skills and experience.

5am to 2pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Cook Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Commercial cooking experience required.

Must be able to work weekends.

Experience in a healthcare food service preferred.

ServSafe certification preferred.

Must be able to follow production sheets and standardized recipes.

Basic knowledge of therapeutic diets.

Cook Job Summary:

Handle and prepare food in accordance with federal, state and local sanitary regulations.

Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders.

Meet time schedules for serving of meals and snacks.

Supervise and set up steam table for Main Dining Room and trayline meal service to facilitate organized, speedy and sanitary delivery of meals.

Check outgoing food for proper amounts, types and quality of food.

Properly care for dietary equipment.

Maintain compliance with OSHA, Department of Public Health and Board of Health Standards.
