Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of a residential apartment community. This hands-on role is responsible for supervising maintenance staff, overseeing work orders and unit turns, coordinating vendors, and ensuring the property is safe, clean, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance, along with proven leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and train maintenance technicians while overseeing daily maintenance operations.

Manage resident work orders, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs.

Oversee unit turns, including inspections, painting, drywall, flooring, and general repairs.

Coordinate and manage outside vendors, contractors, and maintenance projects.

Ensure the property, common areas, and grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in the rotating on-call schedule.

Maintain compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
