Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Research & Development Scientist to support the research and development of CAR-T Cell therapies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with primary immune cell culture, CAR-T cell generation, molecular biology techniques, functional assays, and analytical method development. The candidate will contribute to developing novel CAR-T products from early discovery through preclinical development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute experiments related to CAR-T cell development.
Isolate, activate, culture, expand, and characterize primary human T cells/PBMCs.
Perform mammalian and primary cell culture under sterile conditions.
Conduct viral transduction (Lentivirus/Retrovirus) for CAR expression.
Perform analytical method development and qualification for CAR-T characterization.
Develop and execute cytotoxicity/potency assays.
Perform molecular biology techniques including: PCR, qPCR / RT-qPCR / ddPCR (preferred)
Perform flow cytometry-based immunophenotyping and CAR expression analysis.
Execute cell viability, proliferation, apoptosis and cytokine assays.
Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports.
Prepare SOPs, study protocols and scientific documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Development, Analytical Development and Manufacturing.
