Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust Java/J2EE applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Debug and troubleshoot application issues, providing timely resolutions.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance application performance.

Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies.

Experience with web frameworks such as Spring Boot.

Solid understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.

Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3-5 years of professional experience in Java/J2EE development.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
