Overview
Join Alinabal's Manufacturing team as a CNC professional who owns setup, operation, and on-the-fly program edits to deliver precision parts on time. You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and collaborate across the shop to keep quality high, schedules tight, and equipment running smoothly.
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non Exempt A day in the life
You start your shift reviewing travelers, drawings, and specs for the next run. You stage fixtures and tooling, pull or edit CNC programs as needed, and dial in the setup. During production, you verify dimensions with appropriate gauges, record job data in the E2 management system, and keep machines clean with fluids topped off. When the job is complete, you return all tooling and fixtures, share any improvement ideas with the 6S lead, and brief your supervisor on notable wins or issues. What you'll do
Set up and operate CNC equipment in accordance with travelers, drawings, and specifications.
Create, edit, retrieve, and execute CNC programs directly from system files.
Produce parts that meet all quality requirements; inspect and verify work prior to final inspection.
Consistently meet time and schedule standards for assigned tasks.
Maintain machines: keep equipment clean and ensure proper fluid levels.
Return all fixtures and tooling upon job completion.
Advise your supervisor promptly when issues arise.
Pitch in on non-CNC activities when needed, including handwork, inspections, saw cutting, and operating other shop equipment.
Identify setup-reduction and Lean improvements; communicate opportunities to the appropriate 6S team lead.
Use the E2 management system to accurately record job information.
Flag risks or opportunities that affect the cost requirements of assigned work. How success is measured

Fluency in reading blueprints and technical documentation relevant to CNC operation.

Clear, professional communication and solid interpersonal skills.
Strong command of CNC program structure and editing.
Proficient with inspection gauges.
Basic computer literacy. Experience and credentials
5 years of relevant CNC machining experience.
Valid driver’s license. Tools and proficiencies
Lean Manufacturing principles.
Machine setup for production runs.
Manual machining fundamentals.
Blueprint reading.
