About Stupay Institute LLC

Stupay Institute LLC develops professional digital resources for business outreach and higher-education planning.

The primary product promoted in this campaign is the Framework Guide for Business Leads Blueprint, a digital business-outreach guide containing an organizational framework and 750 numbered entries featuring real, publicly available business-facing contacts that may serve as potential outreach leads.

The directory is an educational and organizational resource. Entries are not represented as interested buyers, qualified prospects, exclusive leads, direct decision-makers, or guaranteed customers. No response, appointment, conversion, revenue, or sale is guaranteed.

The Opportunity

We are expanding our nationwide network of independent business-development contractors to introduce the Framework Guide to businesses that may benefit from a structured outreach and prospect-management system.

This is a performance-based opportunity for self-directed individuals who are comfortable speaking with business owners and representatives. Contractors control their own schedules, lead-sourcing methods, calling volume, workspace, devices, and outreach strategy.

There is:

* No hourly wage or salary

* No required shift

* No minimum daily call quota

* No required physical location

* No guarantee of earnings

* No limit on commissions from verified sales

Contractor Responsibilities

* Independently identify businesses that may reasonably benefit from the product.

* Conduct manual, professional B2B outreach within an assigned campaign territory.

* Explain the product accurately and without promising results.

* Obtain a business email address from interested prospects and send the official product-overview or checkout link.

* Maintain independent records of businesses contacted.

* Immediately honor every request to stop calling or communicating.

* Avoid automated dialers, prerecorded messages, caller-ID spoofing, impersonation, harassment, or misleading sales statements.

* Follow all applicable federal, state, and local outreach laws.

Optional Lead-Sourcing Resources

Contractors are responsible for building and managing their own prospect lists. They may independently use publicly accessible business directories and platforms, including:

* Google Maps

* Apple Maps

* Yelp

* Public business websites

* Public Facebook business pages

* Professional and industry directories

* Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and similar real-estate platforms for identifying publicly listed real-estate professionals and brokerages

These platforms are examples only. Stupay Institute LLC does not require contractors to use any particular platform or process.

A telephone number appearing publicly online does not automatically eliminate all calling restrictions. Contractors must use reasonable judgment, contact businesses for legitimate business purposes, place calls manually, and honor all business-specific stop-contact requests. Most genuine business-to-business solicitation calls are exempt from the federal Do Not Call provisions, but that exemption is not unlimited and does not override other federal or state rules.

Product Positioning

Contractors must describe the product truthfully. A suggested introduction is:

“Hi, I’m reaching out because Stupay Institute LLC recently released a business-outreach organization resource for companies looking to structure and track their prospecting more efficiently. The Framework Guide for Business Leads Blueprint includes a structured outreach framework and 750 numbered entries featuring real, publicly available business-facing contacts that may serve as potential leads. May I send the product overview to your business email?”

When discussing the current price:

“The guide is currently available through a limited-time launch offer for $99, reduced from its listed standard price of $149.99. The website provides the complete product description, terms, and ordering process.”

Contractors may not claim that the directory contains warm leads, guaranteed buyers, interested customers, exclusive prospects, verified decision-makers, or individuals who requested contact.

Independent Contractor Structure

Contractors:

* Choose when, where, and how they perform their outreach.

* Provide their own phone, computer, internet service, workspace, and other equipment.

* Pay their own operating expenses and taxes.

* May perform services for other businesses, subject to confidentiality and conflict restrictions.

* Are compensated solely for completed, verified sales attributed to their outreach.

* Are not entitled to employee wages, overtime, benefits, expense reimbursement, or guaranteed assignments.

An independent-contractor label alone does not determine legal status. The actual working relationship must preserve contractor independence across behavioral control, financial control, and the parties’ relationship.

Territory Structure

Contractors may receive one or more nonexclusive campaign territories to reduce duplicate outreach. Territory assignment determines which geographic market the contractor is authorized to target; it does not determine where the contractor must live or work.

During the initial nationwide expansion period, selected contractors may request their preferred campaign state from the territories that remain available at the time of onboarding. Territory availability is limited and handled on a first-approved, first-assigned basis. A requested state cannot be guaranteed if it has already been assigned or is no longer available.

At launch, potential campaign territories may include: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Contractors may live and perform their work from any location within the United States. Their assigned territory only identifies the state in which they are authorized to target businesses for the applicable campaign.

Contractors retain discretion over:

* Working hours

* Calling frequency

* Lead-selection methods

* Outreach volume

* Work location

* Daily routine

* Whether to accept or discontinue available campaigns

Qualifications

* Clear and professional verbal communication

* Comfortable initiating conversations with businesses

* Ability to explain a digital product accurately

* Reliable access to a telephone and internet connection

* Self-direction and responsible recordkeeping

* Willingness to follow lawful outreach and stop-contact requirements

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.

Commission and Attribution

The contractor earns 50% of the verified sale price for each qualifying purchase directly attributable to their outreach.

At the current $99 promotional price, the commission is $49.50 per verified sale.

A qualifying sale must:

1. Originate from the contractor’s documented outreach.

2. Be submitted through the official Stupay Institute LLC checkout process.

3. Include sufficient attribution to identify the contractor.

4. Be paid in full by the customer.

5. Clear and be verified before commission is issued.

No commission is earned on unpaid, duplicate, canceled, reversed, unauthorized, fraudulent, or incorrectly attributed orders. Any treatment of refunds or reversals should follow the signed contractor agreement.

Application Process

Submit your application with:

* Name and contact information

* State of residence

* Preferred campaign state or states, selected from the territories still available at the time of onboarding

* Brief summary of communication or sales experience

* General weekly availability

* Confirmation that you understand this is a commission-only independent-contractor opportunity

Selected applicants will receive the product overview, permitted marketing language, commission agreement, W-9 request, attribution process, available territory options, and compliance expectations before beginning.
