SUMMARY

We are looking for a curious, motivated Media Intern to join our Columbus, OH team part-time, working 20-24 hours per week. This paid internship ($18/hour) offers hands-on exposure to the full media planning and buying process across both traditional and digital channels.

This is a hybrid work from home/office position (in-office attendance is required on Tuesdays & Thursdays) and the candidate must live near Columbus, OH.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Support the Media Planning team in day-to-day campaign management across key accounts

Begin building proficiency with the planning tools our team relies on every day, including eMarketer, MRI-Simmons, Global Web Index and Media Radar

Assist in the development and execution of media plans across traditional and digital channels, and start to understand how each channel plays a role in reaching an audience

Help maintain accuracy in media plans, budgets, flowcharts, and tracking documents

Support digital campaign pacing, trafficking, and reporting in partnership with data and ad ops teams

Assist with day-to-day vendor communications and document meeting action items

Stay curious about the media landscape, emerging platforms, industry news ad shifts in consumer behavior

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

A genuine curiosity about media planning, buying, and the broader advertising landscape

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A willingness to ask good questions and show up eager to learn

Comfort working with numbers and budgets

Proficiency (or eagerness to learn) in Excel and PowerPoint

A positive, proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
