Job description*:

• Polarion ALM Implementation and Customization:

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and customization of Siemens Polarion solutions to meet organizational and client-specific requirements.

• Develop and maintain workflows, templates, and dashboards for optimal project management and reporting.

• Analyze existing application lifecycle processes and recommend solutions for improvement using Polarion ALM tools.

• Integrate Polarion ALM with other tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Jenkins, Git) to establish seamless workflows.

• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary technical expert and point of contact for Polarion-related inquiries.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, QA teams, and external stakeholders.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.

• Create detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and system specifications.

#Mandatory Skills:

"• 7+ years of experience in Application Lifecycle Management, with at least 4+ years specializing in Siemens Polarion ALM.

• Strong expertise in configuring Polarion solutions, including workflows, templates, and integrations.

• Proficiency in scripting and API usage for Polarion customization (e.g., JavaScript, REST API).

• Experience with integration tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Jira, and other CI/CD tools).

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies."
