About the Role

As a Mobile Developer, you will design, develop, test, and maintain Neo Financial's mobile applications while collaborating with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) applications.

Build cross-platform features using React Native where applicable.

Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and resolve bugs.

Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.

Implement automated testing and support CI/CD deployments.

Stay current with mobile development technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience developing native iOS or Android applications.

Knowledge of Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.

Experience with REST APIs, Git, and mobile application architecture.

Understanding of mobile security, performance optimization, and Agile development.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience with React Native.

Experience in fintech, banking, or payment applications.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience publishing apps to the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Knowledge of mobile automated testing frameworks.
