About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end applications while collaborating with Product, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable web applications.

Build responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Develop backend services using Node.js, Java, Python, C#, or .NET.

Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Write clean, secure, and maintainable code.

Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support CI/CD deployments.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Experience with Node.js, Java, Python, C#, or .NET.

Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience developing SaaS or HR technology platforms.

Knowledge of AI or machine learning integration.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.

Familiarity with cloud-native development and security best practices.
