We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll transform data into actionable insights that support digital banking, risk management, business strategy, and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reports, dashboards, and analytics that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from banking systems, databases, and business applications.

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools.

Monitor business, operational, and financial performance metrics.

Analyze customer, lending, deposit, and transaction data to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with business, finance, risk, product, and technology teams to support strategic initiatives.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.

Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Support forecasting, financial analysis, and operational reporting.

Document reporting processes, data definitions, and analytical methodologies.

Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analytics.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Knowledge of data modeling, reporting, and statistical analysis.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Knowledge of banking, financial services, lending, or regulatory reporting.

Experience with ETL processes, data warehouses, and business intelligence platforms.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and data governance best practices.
