Job Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a contract/temporary opportunity in a manufacturing environment in Aguadilla, PR. The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, helping translate business goals into effective people strategies that support performance, engagement, productivity, and organizational growth.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with leaders, coaching managers, supporting employee relations, and using HR metrics to guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and workforce needs.
- Support workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Coach leaders on employee relations, leadership development, conflict resolution, and people management best practices.
- Manage employee relations matters while supporting compliance with employment laws, labor relations practices, and internal policies.
- Lead engagement, culture, and organizational development initiatives to improve retention, productivity, and team performance.
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement trends, then provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $42,000 per year.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary for 3 months with the possibility of an extension
- Location: Aguadilla, PR.
