The Role & Landscape: As the Cryptography & HSM Security Engineer, you will be the technical authority for the organization's enterprise encryption and hardware security modules. Your impact will directly ensure the integrity of global payment processing and cloud environments.

- Core Responsibilities: Take hands-on ownership of the deployment, configuration, and management of enterprise HSMs (specifically Thales and Entrust) across payment and cloud infrastructures.

- Service Management: Lead the coordination of complex release processes, incident handling, and problem resolution in alignment with global ITIL best practices.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the strategic liaison between cross-functional IT departments, global teams, and external partners to drive secure infrastructure solutions.

- Operational Agility: Oversee and execute high-stakes, critical system changes. Note: This requires a flexible schedule, including weekday evenings and weekend overnight shifts during major deployment windows.

What We Are Looking For:

- Technical Mastery: Extensive, proven, hands-on experience with Thales (Key Management) and Entrust (HSMs) in a complex enterprise or financial setting.

- Domain Expertise: A formidable background in applied cryptography, hardware-based encryption technologies, and data protection protocols.

- Process & Compliance: Strong familiarity with cybersecurity protocols, internal control mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS).

- Tooling: Proficiency in modern collaboration and IT service operation platforms (JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint).

- Elite Credentials: Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, PCI QSA, or ITIL are highly preferred. Prior exposure to sysadmin or software development is a strong plus.
