We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you'll design and build secure, scalable, and high-performance software that powers Neo's digital financial platform. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and backend services.

Build APIs, microservices, and distributed systems supporting Neo's fintech platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new products and features.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues in development and production.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.

Develop secure software that meets financial industry standards and compliance requirements.

Integrate cloud services, payment platforms, and third-party APIs.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of software development experience.

Proficiency in one or more languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

Experience building RESTful APIs, cloud-based applications, and distributed systems.

Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, Git, and modern software development practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.

Experience with React, Node.js, GraphQL, Kafka, or event-driven systems.

Knowledge of fintech, digital banking, or payment platforms.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
