Project Coordinator is responsible for keeping projects organized, on schedule, and within budget.
Typical duties include:
Coordinating project schedules, meetings, and deadlines.
Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
Communicating with contractors, architects, engineers, suppliers, and clients.
Tracking project budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.
Monitoring project progress and following up on outstanding tasks.
Assisting with permits, contracts, and regulatory documentation.
Maintaining project files and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Typical qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of project coordination or administrative experience (entry-level roles may accept less).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), scheduling software, and document management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
