Construction Laborer

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. You will support our remodeling and renovation projects across residential and commercial properties. This role involves physical labor, site preparation, and assisting skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities Site Preparation: Set up scaffolding, ladders, and work areas safely. Demolition: Perform safe teardowns of kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. Material Handling: Load, unload, and move heavy construction materials. Trade Support: Assist carpenters, painters, and tile setters as needed. Site Cleanup: Clean up debris, sweep floors, and maintain a hazard-free workspace. Tool Maintenance: Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year of residential remodeling or construction experience preferred. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in tight spaces. Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites. Reliability: Punctual, strong work ethic, and a commitment to on-site safety. Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
