The Project Coordinator serves as the central administrative bridge between the office-based Project Manager and the field-based Site Superintendent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Log and process Requests for Information (RFIs) and Change Orders.

Organize blueprints, architectural revisions, and technical spec sheets.

File municipal building permits and health and safety compliance records.

Track subcontractor progress and coordinate material delivery timelines.

Compile and double-check vendor invoices against completed on-site work.

Maintain the master project schedule using software like MS Project or Procore.

Attend project progress meetings to take concise minutes and track action items.

Draft closeout documentation and operation manuals for the client at project completion.

Required Qualifications & Skills

A university degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture; or a specialized college diploma in a related technical field.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and specialized construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or AutoCAD).

Strong written and verbal communication skills; positions at the Montreal office generally require bilingual fluency in French and English.
