What You'll Be Doing

Installing residential HVAC replacement and retrofit systems

Installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-splits

Fabricating and modifying ductwork systems

Running refrigeration lines, gas piping, venting, and controls wiring

Performing equipment startups and commissioning

Troubleshooting installation challenges in the field

Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites

Working closely with homeowners and team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Following all manufacturer specifications, safety requirements, and local codes

What We're Looking For

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

Strong retrofit and replacement experience preferred

Ability to work independently and maintain productivity without constant supervision

Experience with:

Furnaces

Heat Pumps

Air Conditioning Systems

Air Handlers

Ductwork Modifications

Refrigeration Piping

Gas Piping

Understanding of low-voltage controls and HVAC wiring

Ability to perform startups, testing, and system verification

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
